This is a tool that can help VET providers to analyse their current status concerning internationalisation strategies and further develop these strategies.
Aim of the of the QIS 2020 toolkit for internationalisation is supporting Vocational Education and Training institutions in embedding internationalisation into their educational strategies and -practice. Online scans support international office(rs), teachers and management to reflect and discuss upon the current situation of internationalisation, both at institutional level and in educational teams. Exercises can help to involve target groups like students, companies and (inter)national partners in dialogue and peer learning, anticipating together on international trends in Vocational Education and Training and in the world of work. Besides the attention for embedment of internationalisation, the QIS also takes into account the organisational culture(s).
